As VP of Client Services, Nicole is responsible for supporting North American telecommunications and financial services accounts at Afiniti.
Prior to Afiniti, Nicole held progressive positions in call center operations and sales. Nicole was responsible for growing and exceeding sales targets within inside sales, national field sales support, and telesales teams for one of the largest telecommunications providers in Canada. Nicole has extensive experience partnering with BPO’s that facilitate both inbound and outbound service, sales, retention and technical support interactions on behalf of their clients.
During Nicole’s time at Afiniti, she has successfully led several global client and employee events. Recently, Nicole played a key role in supporting the Afiniti Women in Leadership series, with a focus on advancing women in business and improving women’s mental health and wellness.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario, is a board member for the Bethesda House Women’s Shelter and is currently enrolled in a Machine Learning course offered through Stanford University.
