Neha works within Afiniti’s Client Services team, using her broad experience in Finance and Telecoms, working with our partners to deliver the best possible performance, create new opportunities, and develop contact centre strategy.
Prior to Afiniti, Neha held a number of roles within the Sales and Loyalty operational teams at TalkTalk, most recently responsible for customer retention strategy across the business and within contact centres. Prior to this Neha worked in Finance and spent 5 years in banking where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW.
Neha holds a BSc in Economics from City University, London. In her spare time Neha enjoys yoga, travelling, cooking and watching Liverpool FC.
