Laura Tyson

Laura is a Distinguished Professor of the Graduate School at the University of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She served in the Clinton Administration as the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers (1993-1995) and as Director of the National Economic Council (1995 – 1996).

Laura previously served as Dean of the Haas School of Business and as the first female Dean of the London Business School. She has led and participated in multiple boards of leading financial and foreign policy organizations. She is a member of the Board of Directors of AT&T, CBRE Group Inc., Lexmark International Inc., and Apex Swiss Holdings SARL.  She was on the board of Morgan Stanley. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relation.

Laura holds a BA in Economics from Smith College, where she graduated summa cum laude, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.
