Kirsty works within Afiniti’s Client Services function, responsible for working with our partners to deliver the best possible gain, develop new opportunities and use her extensive experience to develop contact centre strategy
Kirsty is fully aware of what it takes to run a contact centre operation, having spent 8 years prior to Afiniti looking after operations for a well known outsourcer. Most recently, Kirsty ran one of the outsourcer’s largest UK sites, bringing her the experience required to work collaboratively and effectively with our partner
Prior to this she held roles within management and within the operations
Outside of work, Kirsty spends every moment possible with her incredibly cute golden doodle puppy George!
