Caroline is the Chief Culture Officer and Senior Counsel at Afiniti. She is responsible for improving the company culture across the globe, and driving corporate litigation efforts.
Previously, Caroline was a partner at Zuckerman Spaeder, a premier litigation firm in Washington. In that role, she focused on complex civil and criminal litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Over her twenty-year career as a litigator, Caroline has represented both individuals and institutions in employment, regulatory, commercial, and other matters.
Caroline received a BA in political science from the University of Vermont and a JD from Harvard Law School. She enjoys creative writing and hopes one day to revive her blog that frequently appeared in the Huffington Post.
