Caroline works within Afiniti’s Client Services function, responsible for working with our partners to deliver the best possible gain, develop new opportunities and use her extensive experience to develop contact centre strategy
Caroline brings a wealth of experience to Afiniti, having worked supporting contact centres in different industries for over 25 years, most recently looking after major transformation programmes and business improvement at the AA. Within this role Caroline oversaw the implementation of Afiniti, as the UK’s first large scale customer
Before this she held operational roles at British Gas and an outsourcer. Of particular mention is that Caroline started her career working for a fine art auction house, and can still be found trying to inject a bit of culture into the Afiniti team!
Outside of work, Caroline has a passion for gardening and walking her gorgeous cockapoo Ollie!
