Anthony E. Tuggle

Anthony is the President of Customer Operations at Afiniti. In this role, he is responsible for expanding global contact center operations, accelerating business development, overseeing product deployment, and engaging clients to generate value for enterprises, customers, and employees.

Prior to joining Afiniti, Anthony served as Vice President of Customer Care, Sales and Service Centers at AT&T, where oversaw a combined 30,000 internal employees and external partner frontline representatives across 200 locations worldwide. In addition, his organization delivered best-in-class customer service and a multi-billion dollar revenue stream from inbound and outbound sales.

Anthony has been a leader in the telecommunication industry for several decades, and has held a variety of leadership roles in marketing, product management, product development, operations, sales, e-commerce and customer service.

Anthony holds BA in Psychology and a MS in Management from Thomas Edison State University. He is also a graduate of Emory University’s Executive MBA program and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Executive Education program. He is highly engaged in his communities as an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and is a member of several boards, including Emory University Goizueta Business School, Mount Vernon School, National Sales Network, and the National Kidney Foundation, where he was recently appointed Chairman.

Anthony lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Nicole and their daughter Angelina, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
