The Afiniti office in Germany overlooks the reborn Medienhafen, now a beautifully modernized harbor in the heart of the city, combining bold new structures and an entertainment quarter.

“Team Düsseldorf,” as they like to call themselves, act as the German hub serving all current and future clients in Germany and the neighboring nations.

The office was founded in 2017, and along with the client teams, also acts as the global training hub.

Afiniti in the MedienHafen

The Afiniti office sits within the MedienHafen, an urban dock area on the river Rhine.

The MedienHafen docks were a thriving trade center and prospered for decades, but they lost much of their trade when Mannesmann (a nearby pipe factory) closed.

Today, the eastern part of the docks has been redeveloped, attracting businesses in the service sector such as media, design and fashion companies.

The MedienHafen renewal has attracted some of the world's best 'Starchitect's, including Frank Gehry. All of the buildings are challenges to the norm, and the emphasis has been on originality and modernism.
